Those who best fit this role are those with qualities of flexibility and organization - and who are willing to serve.

Construction
For those who have skill with hammer and saw and are able to follow direction - or can lead a Team in new construction as well as reconstruction - we have a role for you. Please watch for one of our outreaches that include a Construction Team.

General support
Those who participate in this general support role will be asked to serve in a variety of roles identified by the team leader to best meet the needs of the team. Those who fit this role have qualities of flexibility, and are gifted in service, and in helps ministry.

Photo Journalist
Through the Roof Ministries seeks to capture the experience of the Outreach - the joy of the recipient meeting Christ, the impact on family and friends and the impact on the one receiving the services provided. Those in this role must be highly experienced in digital photography.

Speaker/Teacher
Through the Roof Ministries has a goal to bring the Gospel of Christ to those affected by disability, to create awareness, educate and train in disability ministry. Those who sign up as Speaker/Teacher are able to impart the dual message of the Gospel and Disability Ministry to a variety of groups. They have the ability to share their testimony and they have an understanding of God’s view of the Disabled. They create disability awareness and teach disability ministry with Nationals in a cross-cultural context.

Seating Specialist
The Seating Specialist (typically a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist) is experienced with assessment, seating techniques and requirements. Specifically, a Seating Specialist has the experience to identify the needs of the recipient and determine the proper piece of equipment to meet the need and experience with seating adaptation. The Seating Specialist teaches the recipient and family how to use the equipment (wheelchair, walker, cane or crutches), and maintain it.

Seating Assistant
The Seating Specialist Assistant is often a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist or Therapy Assistant who has worked with the physically impaired but not specifically with seating techniques or assessment. The Seating Assistant has knowledge of therapy and/or seating and is willing to assist and learn from the Seating Specialist.
