Encouraging Connections Ministry...encouragement for today...hope for tomorrow...

We provide training, community outings, and inspirational materials to bring hope, encouragement, and the promise of a genuine relationship with God to those who are affected by disability through several outreach programs.

Fellowship of Friends: Fellowship of Friends is an outreach and social event for teens and adults affected by disability. Activities are held in NE Ohio. Please join us for fun events for individuals of all abilities!!! We enjoy many activities including bowling, visiting museums, the zoo, sailing and more. A Place to Belong: A Place to Belong is a support group for adults with physical disabilities. We invite those who have physical disabilities and are searching for genuine support, practical help, and new friendships to get involved. The group meets the first and third Friday of each month at the The Chapel Akron Campus from 1:00 to 3:00 PM.


Care2Share: Through our visitation ministry we provide training and inspirational materials to bring hope, encouragement, and the promise of a genuine relationship with God with those who are hospitalized, homebound, and in long term care facilities.

Please consider joining us to take encouragement, friendship and the Good News of Jesus Christ to those affected by disabilities. You can make a difference by caring and sharing with people in hopeless and helpless circumstances, the “shut in” and the “shut out” whose lives are hidden behind the walls of hospitals, rehabilitation centers and long-term care facilities.
